Outside of his international ag focus, Tyler and his wife, Amy, have consulted on and managed several U.S.-based projects in the Delta, South Florida, and Texas. They own and operate Cyclone Farms Inc. in central Nebraska, where their team raises food-grade organic crops for various end-user contracts in the U.S. and abroad.
Tyler is a graduate of Iowa State University and is the CEO and co-founder of Boa Safra Ag.
Bryce Irlbeck

He later spent five months consulting for Kilombero Plantations Ltd., a commercial investment farm consisting of 12,000 acres of rice production in south-central Tanzania, Africa. This experience included learning the day-to-day operations, processes, and systems to create production efficiency, as well as how to effectively interact with and teach local talent.

Justin Telles
Justin was formerly a partner and President of Investments, Revenue Development, and Acquisitions for Pomona and Mahi Pono, a multi-billion-dollar farming operation based in California, Italy, and the island of Maui. Ten years ago, Justin and his partners had a vision to build what has become the largest almond footprint in the world, spanning from California to Italy, with complete traceability and a strong focus on ESG—showing the connectivity from the farm to the consumer. That same vision was applied on the island of Maui, with an opportunity to replace sugarcane that had been in rotation since 1850. Today, that ground has been repurposed into a fully vertically integrated, diversified farming operation with citrus, coffee, macadamias, cattle, and row crops, all with a focus on island consumption as well as worldwide distribution.
Justin graduated from Cal Poly in 2008 with a degree in Agricultural Business and Economics. While in college, he and his roommate built a fertilizer and chemical company for crop inputs, which they ran for several years before a successful exit to a global retailer. In the years following, Justin consulted for a large chemical crop manufacturer on consolidation strategy and building a network of grower-direct customers. His journey then led him to Pomona, where he was asked to help build the footprint that today spans California, Hawaii, and Europe.
Currently, Justin runs a family office focused on preserving food and agriculture companies for the next generation. He works closely with Santa Clara University to support the next generation of Food/Ag Tech leaders, serves on the development board for Community Hospital, and is a member of the executive board of the Fresno Business Council. He also sits on the board of Hronis Inc., one of the largest table grape companies in California, and serves as an advisor on numerous water projects in California aimed at preserving water for farmers.
Justin was born in Texas, met his wife, Christina, seven years ago, and together they have a two-year-old son with another child on the way. His love for the outdoors and extreme sports allowed him to compete professionally in big mountain skiing for many years. When not in Fresno, California, Justin can often be found outdoors in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, or in Laguna, California, with his family.

He spent summers working on his uncle’s almond and walnut ranch in Hughson, California, where he learned about equipment and agriculture.
